Our Growth Guarantee ONLY applies to our “Signature Suite” service as we can not guarantee we can deliver the results that apply to our growth guarantee without being able to control all contributing factors. The maximum capped reduction on our Signature Suite Management fees is 50% of the total package cost ($5000) and is eligible in part (25%) if your paid advertising campaigns aren’t above competitive benchmarks, or if your 10 SEO keywords aren’t ranking on the first page (see full conditions below).

Paid Advertising Guarantee
If your paid advertising campaigns do not achieve a conversion rate above the typical industry average for your sector after the learning phase, we’ll reduce the cost of Signature Suite by 25% per month until your conversion rates exceed the industry average. The benchmarks we use are:

• eCommerce businesses: 2.5% conversion rate or higher.
• Service-based businesses: 4% conversion rate or higher.

Paid Advertising Conditions

Paid Advertising Guarantee applies after the initial learning phase within the first three months. Minimum monthly ad spend: $3,000 for eCommerce, $1,500 for service-based businesses. Client Collaboration is required the client must provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary assets. Our focus is on ensuring your campaigns consistently convert and outperform competitors.

Search Marketing Guarantee
If you’re not ranking on the first page for 10 targeted keywords after three months from the first date uploading on page content, we’ll reduce your monthly fee by 25% until those rankings are achieved.

Search Marketing Conditions
Search Marketing Guarantee applies to 10 targeted keywords. Client Collaboration is required including timely feedback, approvals, and necessary assets are required. Highly Competitive Niches will have extended learning phases or adjusted benchmarks may apply to various sectors such as but not limited to legal services or insurance.

Exclusions
These guarantees do not apply to dropshipping or multi-level marketing companies.
